You define which grades and licences exist and what they require. Who may examine follows from the role. Requirements are checked at the grant, you create the certificate as a PDF in your layout with one click, and the member sees their grades in their own area. Passed gradings and further training unlock new permissions.

Franchise systems The franchisor publishes brand, material and training. The franchisee runs the business, its members and its figures in its own account – the franchisor does not see them. What the franchisee pays for brand and material is set in the franchise agreement, not with us.
Federations Membership gives a federation no view into the school. It knows the school as an entry in its list, as the school registering athletes at a competition, as a school that examines by its grading rules. Competitions: set up categories and divisions once, schools register their own competitors, with weigh-in and start nationality.
And what about administration?
When you are ready, Karena takes over members, contracts and billing – built for German requirements. If not, your software stays where it is. The KARENA tools need neither contracts nor billing data.
